The MAXTRAX STATIC ROPE EXTENSION 10 is an integral part of the MAXTRAX RECOVERY SYSTEM, designed and tested exclusively with MAXTRAX products. It's crucial to use a MAXTRAX FUSE SHACKLE during vehicle recovery, as it is the designated weak link in case of system overload. Always connect to rated recovery points and ensure all users read and understand the included instructions and warnings.

Before each use, inspect the rope for damage. Attach the rope to the MAXTRAX HITCH, other MAXTRAX ropes, or rated recovery points using a MAXTRAX CORE SHACKLE or FUSE SHACKLE. You can connect multiple MAXTRAX STATIC ROPES with CORE SHACKLES to achieve the necessary length for your recovery. For added safety, place the MAXTRAX RECOVERY DAMPENER over the rope and clear the area of bystanders.

Begin the recovery by gently taking up the slack, and if needed, retry with slightly more momentum. Using MAXTRAX 4WD RECOVERY TRACKS will help reduce strain on all equipment during recovery.
