Grangers' History

Based in the heart of Derbyshire, on the edge of the Peak District, Grangers' is proud of their British heritage and manufacturing. Most of their products are still manufactured under our roof in Derbyshire, allowing them to have complete control of the production process of their products so that they can guarantee their quality.

Grangers was founded and set up operations in Watford, UK.

1947

Grangers developed the world’s first water-based waterproofing solution for the outdoors market, paving the way for responsible protection.

1953

Grangers products helped protect equipment used during the first Mt. Everest summit.

1977

Our chairman, Martyn Rose, purchased the company and began transforming Grangers into the market leader it is today.

2020

Grangers announced its Eco Pledge, further committing to environmentally-responsible protection.
