Measure & Fill
Add rice to the inner pot. Pour water to the matching graduated line. No measuring cups needed - the markings do the work. Or pour enough water to cover rice by 1/2 inch. Allow for water to settle to guage level accurately.
Lock, Heat & Cook
Twist the lid 45° to lock. Heat at medium-high until steam is visible. Start your timer - the 35 kPa pressure system does the rest.
Release & Enjoy
Let cool naturally or carefully turn the valve to release pressure. Wait 1–2 minutes, unlock the lid, and enjoy perfectly fluffy rice.
