When I met my wife, Keri, she was driving a 1990 Jeep Wrangler. It was love at first sight, but don't tell her I said that. During my college was the first time I had seen what I would now call an overland vehicle. Several of my college roommates had overland rigs. We did't call them that in 1990. There were Tacomas, 4-Runners, Jeeps, and a Scrambler. We would head out to the woods looking for trails, driving, and camping. Twenty-eight years later, I bought a 2004 Land Rover Discovery II. Since then I have discovered friends I didn't know I had which led me to learn so much about working on an off-road vehicle and the tools you need to be be safe and have fun. I've learned that you need to know the specifications before you buy, study the weather, test your gear, and be prepared for adventure to unfold.

This website is a result of my study. I've searched out the best supplies and tools for Overlanders, and I wanted to share it with you. Each week, I will write a blog and post a video with more info on the latest adventures. I'm hoping you share your stories too.
